How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for all catering orders. Any order placed within the 48 hour window is subject to cancellation and refund.

How do I place a catering order?

You can place a catering order directly on our website. You can also email catering@dunekitchen.com with any questions or inquiries. Please note- sending an email or inquiry form is not confirmation of an order. You will receive a separate confirmation email.

How does delivery work and why am I being charged $50 for delivery?

Please select ‘shipping’ at check out. Our deliveries are facilitated through DoorDash drive on demand and available within an 18 mile radius. We charge a flat rate of $50; this includes a $30 DoorDash fee and $20 driver tip. You will receive a text 20-30min before your scheduled delivery with information about your driver and you will be able to communicate with them and track their location. Please note- delivery does not include any set up or plating.

What type of containers do you use?

Our platters are served on pulp trays and our hot items are served in aluminum trays.

If I add a tip to my catering order, where does it go?

All tips added go directly to the kitchen staff that prepares your order.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes.

Refunds/Exchanges

As all of our items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and determine the best way to resolve it.
